YCB Stainless Steel Food Gear Pump

Application scope:
1). In the transfer oil system can be used for transmission, booster pump;
2). In the fuel oil system can be used as a transport, pressure, jet fuel pump
3). In the hydraulic drive system can be used to provide hydraulic power of hydraulic pump;
4). In all industrial fields, all can be used as lubricating oil pump.

Structure Features
This series gear pump are mainly composed by gear, shaft, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeves, shaft end seal etc. Gear adopt double circular arc Sine curve profile. Compared with involute gear, its most prominent advantages is tooth profile surface no relative sliding in the process of gear meshing, so tooth profile surface no wear, operation stable, no trapped fluid phenomena, low noise, long service life, high efficiency. This pump get rid of the shackles of traditional design, make gear pump come into a new field in designing, producing and application.

Pump have safety valve as protection of overload. Safety valve's return flow pressure is 1.5 times higher than pump's rated exhaust pressure. Also can adjust within the allowance according to actual requirement. But please note the safety valve can not be used as pressure reducing valve working for long time. Can separately install pressure reducing valve if it is needed.
Pump shaft end seal have two type, one is mechanical seal and another is packing seal. Also can confirm according to the user's requirement and specific usage.
