Product Overview
Our company's BZ series self priming pump (hereinafter referred to as pump), is according to standard JB/T6878-2006. Our pump is new pump for the pipeline pressurized transportation, developed to solve pipeline low pressure problem. As a result of advanced mechanical seal, motor shaft is directly connected to impeller, so pump has advantage of high effective rate, low power consumption, compact structure, small size, light weight, and convenient installation. And choose parallel and series connection according to the needs of lift and flow.
The pump is made of motor, mechanical seal and pump. The motor is single or three phase asynchronous motor; The mechanical seal locates between pump and motor. The pump shaft use high-quality carbon steel material, and after corrosion resistance process to ensure shaft more reliable mechanical strength, can effectively improving the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of shaft, but also to facilitate maintenance and demolition of the impeller. The pump seal of the mouth of the fixed stop use "O" shaped rubber ring as static sealing.
3, Application:
1, Applicable to the city environmental protection, construction, fire, chemical, pharmaceutical, dye printing and dyeing, brewing, electric power, Electroplating, paper, petroleum, mining, equipment cooling and so on.
2, Applicable to transport clear water and other liquids which have similar physical and chemical properties like clear water.
3, As install rocker-type sprinkler, the water can go into the air, become small drips to spray, so the pump becomes good equipment of agricultural field, nursery, orchard, and tea garden.
4, Can match any type, any specification of filter machine, it is the best types of matching pump to filter the slurry with filter machine.
Structure and working principle
BZ type centrifugal self-priming pump, mainly comprises motor, pump shaft, the retaining ring, mechanical seal, pump cover, pump body, impeller, seal ring, rear, bottom cover plate, chassis, gas-liquid separation chamber, water pipe, water valve, check valve, inlet nozzle and so on. The structure of the pump is as picture.
Pump working principle: For normal centrifugal pump, if the suction surface is below the impeller, it needs to fill water when starting the pump, which is very inconvenient. In order to store water in the pump, bottom valve is installed at the inlet of suction pipe, and when the pump works, bottom valve will lead to great hydraulic loss. But for the so-called self-sucking pump, it does not need to fill water when starting the pump (it still needs to fill water for the first starting after installation), and after short-time running, the pump can suck water and can be put into normal use.
