Brief Introduction
  On the base of deeply researching overseas advanced technique according to the present-day practical demands of gas-oil mixed transporting,2W.W type outboard bearing double suction dual screw pump are researched and developed by our company. Then we follow the regulation of the national standard GB1103589 and produced it. Through engagement together between driving screw and pump body hole and then form many sealing empty cavities move ahead continually push the liquid in the sealing cavity to the exit and then discharged, so the purpose of transporting the liquid can be realized.
Structure Characteristic
   This kind of pump adopt double-suction structure, both ends of screw are in the same pressure cavity, axial force can be balanced automatically. The bearing of both ends adopt external installing, and there is a tiny clearance between the screws. The imptinty in the medium can not fray the screws surface directly except scour.
   Except some less discharge pumps(blow the 2w.w4.0) generally, internal safety valve will be installed on the pump body, when the discharge pressure is over the rated value. It well have certain protection function.
   There are two entrance-exit directions, one is horizontally enter and horizontally exit; the other is horizontally enter and vertically upwards exit; the user can choose according to their own demands.
The Advantage Of The Twin-screw Pump

Transperting the liquid smoothly without any disturbing and pulsation, no impulse, with less vibration and low noise.
It has strong self-suction performance, when multi-phase mixed transporting, the gas content can not over 80% and the sand content can not over500g/m3
Outboard bearing structure which adopt independently  lubricate, so all kinds of non-lubricative medium can be transported
It adopts synchronous gear driving, between the two rotors there is on touch at all, even though idling for short term is on problem.
The pump body has heating jacket , so it can transport all kinds of clean or low viscosity medium. Which contain the particulate solids.(the diameter of the particulate is usually less than 0.12.0m)
If selecting the material correctly, some corrosive medium can be transported.
Double-suction structure, and there is no axial force on the rotor.
The shaft ends adopt mechanical seal or corrugated pipe mechanical seal it has the characteristic of long-life, less leak wide scope of application.
