3. CQ type magnetic drive pump installation and use
1, magnetic pump should be installed horizontally, not upright, plastic tubing pump can not bear the weight, the special requirements for vertical installation of the occasion, the motor must be upward.
2, when the suction surface above the center line of the shaft, before starting the suction pipe valve to open, if the aspiration level is below the center line of the shaft, the end of the pipe to be equipped with a valve.
3, should be checked before using the pump, motor fan rotation to be flexible, no stuck no abnormal sound, each fastener to be tightened.
4, check the motor rotation direction is consistent with the magnetic pump turning mark.
5, after the motor is started, slowly open the discharge valve until after the pump into the normal working state, and then open the discharge valve to the desired degree.
6, the pump stops before work, should be closed discharge valve, then close the suction pipe valve.
