BCG gear pump
Overview:
BCG gear pumps are desgned for pumping and conveying thin and dense liquids at low operation pressures of up to 5bar, and working temperature up to 80 deg C, it applies to delivery non-corrosive lubricating oil or equivalent liqud without solid particles and fibres.
Application:
The BCG rotary gear pump are intended for pumping and handing of lubricating and engine oil, fuel oil, kerosene, edible fats and other oils, suds, molasses, tar, varmishes, syrups, lyes, water glass and other viscousity self-lubricating liquids in different industries. They are suitable also for lubricating and cooling systems of different machines and installations (machine tools, combustion engines, etc), for low pressure drives and various other purposes.
Drive:
BCG geasr pumps can be coupled with eletrical motor, gearbox motor or with V-belt driven
Pump Speed:
BCG gear pump can change the speed according to the liquid viscosity, and the BCG normal speed max. 1000rpm, min. 200rpm.
